Russell Rothchild, a serial entrepreneur, co-founded NYC-based Front Office Technologies in 1996, providing IT solutions to banks and brokerages. The firm, acquired by a public Indian IT company in 2007, had never lost a client in 11 years. Later, as Global Head of M&A at SOFGEN, Russ acquired six businesses across multiple continents, and oversaw operations in the US and India.

Revenues of the acquired business grew 1100%, earning investors an ROI of 412% at exit. Russ holds a Computer & Systems Engineering degree from RPI and an MBA from Columbia University.
